Quick and easy drop off, called once we had collected our luggage, would use again

Whilst they do exactly what they say on the tin is is not made clear that with all of the offsite meet and greet providers you will be asked to cover the short stay car parking fee to get the car in and out so add £10.30 onto any price quoted. Likely makes the actual Heathrow service better value so make sure you’re comparing apples to apples.

Good service both ways and staff polite and helpfull at the car park and on the phone during confirmation/support.

Will use them again.

A scam!

Worst company going. Cutting corners, taking shortcuts, rude and an absolute laughing stock of a web scam with no substance.

They blanked me because there are different layers and they can blame it on another layer. Although it’s all the same team.

Booked parking with this company because they were significantly cheaper than others.
However, what they do not tell you until after payment is that airport car parking charges (for drop off/pickup) are NOT included - we had to pay an extra £10 at Gatwick.
Would have looked more closely at competitors if they weren’t so deliberately misleading.

We booked Sunny Paddock Meet and Greet for Bristol Airport through compareparkingdeals. They were late at both ends of the journey and we had to ring them several times. Our return flight was cancelled so I rang them to extend our booking which they agreed to do. They gave me a price and asked me to pay online which I was unable to do from abroad. I said I would pay cash on arrival but would still need a receipt so I could claim from the airline. They didn't bring a receipt when I collected the car and stupidly I agreed to pay cash and the bloke promised to send a receipt. Needless to say the receipt has not arrived despite me sending several requests by text and email. Lesson learned - I will never use Sunny Paddock Meet and Greet again - not at all trustworthy.

It was such a smooth process with no waiting for pick up and drop off.

I am unhappy about the service I received when collecting my car from Sure Parking meet & greet.
My flight was delayed by approx 1.5hrs and baggage collection was delayed by a further 1 hour. This meant I didn't get out of the terminal until 01:30 instead of 23:45, as I had stated our return on my parking form. I called their office as soon as I had my my bags at 01:30 and was told that I would have to pay an excess charge of £15.00 for a further day's parking. The person on the phone was quite abrupt and told me my car would be at the collection point in 20 mins. I went there and waited another 30 mins before the driver arrived. I had called the office again by this time, and was not given any explanation of where he was. He finally arrived a few minutes after my final call, with no explanation as to why he was late, so I deducted £5 from the excess charge as late delivery payment.

DO NOT USE! They may look cheap but do not believe these reviews. I have booked with them 3 times now and each time nearly list my flight and had to pay over £10 because I waited so long. You may ask why I used them again. Because they keep changing their names because of the bad reviews. While I was waiting the last time , 2 seperste people were arguing with them because they were so late! Beware if these people. The company’s they go under are parking deals ltd. Just park me. And P4U saver.

Really good service and even when our flight was delayed 24hrs there were no excessive costs just £15 for an extra day which I think is very reasonable. Only thing that stop it getting an extra star was it took some prompting to get a reply on email, but we'll worth the price.

Very easy to organise, quick service. Although we did wait a lot longer than expected when we arrived back at the pick up point . All the staff were helpful
